Signs of Spring in August

One of the hardest things to get used to is the flipped seasons.  Red Christmas sweaters are more suited for wintery 4th of July and short sleeves are needed to celebrate Christmas in summer.

 Many like minded people working in the Americas came together in the Dominican Republic for a meeting and retreat.  David P did the devotional time. It was a great opportunity to meet people I work with from all over and celebrate those who are nearing retirement.  It is hard to believe that many have been serving overseas for longer than I have been alive.

Trip to Israel in March.  Here are some of my favorite parts.

 Being in Fort Worth I got to spend some time with old friends.

 It was good to be back in Texas.
