First Year of Things Around Manila

Rainbows over Markos and the Metro
That is a lot of wiring
My favorite little burger joint.  Manila has amazing hamburgers.
People parking at the front of the neighborhood, because their streets are flooded.  This happens multiple times during rainy season.  The most I've seen here are ten rows of cars, five cars deep.  My road did not flood.  They also park at the neighboring malls' parking garages
Tanay Highlands, restaurant is 90minute drive up the mountain from my house.  It is a cool, quite place outside the city with great views of the moonrise and sunset.

The mall decorations go up in August.
Sharing some Thanksgiving goodies with the neighbors
Jeepney's are a very Filipino source of transportation.  They look like stretched out WWII jeeps and have about the same amenities.

Christmas goodies for the nieghbors
The pet bunnies that live in the parking lot at my gym
The moon smiling down on the city.
Eagle's nest, a close spot that is great for sunset picnics with friends.

Japan (Tokyo and Fukuoka)

Ok, this one is to prove that cats across time, have felt the need to show their bums to humans.

These photos are backwards, I definitely ate rolled ice cream after sushi rolls.

Shinjuku park in the middle of Tokyo

Hachiko the loyal dog.
I don't normally take food photos, but every single meal of my two weeks in Japan was amazing.

Shibuya Shuffle the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world.
